Microsoft Copilot training and adoption for your team
You have bought Microsoft 365 Copilot licences. A few people use Copilot every day, most tried it once, and nobody can say whether it is paying for itself. We run Copilot training and adoption built around the work your team does day to day, then check usage and adjust.

Why Copilot licences go unused
The launch was a single email and a link to Microsoft's videos
- 01People do not know what to ask Copilot for in their own role
- 02Early answers were poor because the files behind them were messy, so trust dropped
- 03Nobody is looking at usage, so licences sit with people who never open Copilot
- 04Staff are unsure what they are allowed to put into Copilot or other AI tools

What Copilot adoption covers
Use cases by role
We find the tasks where Copilot saves real time for each team: proposal drafts for sales, summaries for finance, reports for operations, meeting recaps for managers.
Role-based Microsoft 365 Copilot training
Short sessions per team using their own documents and tasks in Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. People leave with prompts they will use the next day, not a generic demo.
Prompt guides and champions
A one-page guide per role, and a few internal champions who get extra support and help colleagues between sessions.
Plain-English usage rules
Clear guidance on what staff can and cannot put into Copilot and other AI tools, agreed with you and short enough that people read it.
Usage review
We use the Microsoft 365 Copilot usage reports to see who is using what, run follow-up sessions where use is low, and advise where licences would be better placed.
How a Copilot adoption engagement runs
- 01
Understand
We find out which roles hold licences and what those people spend their day on.
- 02
Assess
We look at current usage and at content problems that would give Copilot poor answers.
- 03
Improve
We run the training, publish the guides and set up champions.
- 04
Support
We review usage after rollout, repeat sessions where needed and adjust the guidance.

When Copilot needs more than training
If answers are poor because documents are duplicated or out of date, the fix is SharePoint & Knowledge Management. If a team needs an assistant that follows a specific process, that is a Copilot Studio agent. If the task is repetitive and rule-based, Process Automation will do it more reliably than a prompt.
Example: a sales team that uses Copilot daily
Sales staff learn to draft proposals in Word from the client's email thread and last year's proposal, summarise long email chains before calls, and turn Teams meeting notes into follow-up emails. A champion in the team shares new prompts, and the usage report shows whether the habit sticks.
FAQs
Common questions
Is this Copilot training for individuals or for businesses?
For businesses. We train your teams on their own work. If an individual wants general Copilot training or certification, Microsoft Learn has free courses that are a good place to start.
How is Copilot adoption different from Copilot readiness?
Readiness checks your data, permissions and licensing before rollout, and it is part of our Foundation assessments. Adoption starts once people have Copilot and is about getting them to use it well.
Which Copilot does this cover?
Mainly Microsoft 365 Copilot, the paid add-on that works across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint using your organisation's data. We also cover Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat for staff without a paid licence.
Is Copilot worth it for a small business?
For roles that spend much of their day in email, documents and meetings, it often is. For others, it may not be. Part of our job is helping you decide who needs a licence.
How do you measure adoption?
With Microsoft's Copilot usage reports, plus short check-ins with each team about which tasks Copilot is helping with.
Do you offer Microsoft Copilot consultancy beyond training?
Yes. We help with use-case selection, usage rules, content clean-up and custom agents, and we can connect Copilot to your automations.
What does it cost?
It depends on the number of teams and sessions, so we scope it after the first conversation rather than publishing prices.
